This is my 2nd time to use Summit in Muskogee. The 1 st was in July 2025, for an ankle replacement. I was extremely impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and encouragement. I had a reverse shoulder replacement 10/2025 when I was asked where I wanted to go to therapy, I immediately said " Summit in Muskogee" I have worked with Hope, Crystal and Dakota and they are all AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! For my next surgery. They will once again be choice.

Summit Physical Therapy-Dakota has been such an Awesome BLESSING! He has worked hard with helping me regain my strength in my knee along with working to help the pain in my upper back and shoulders. Great Facility-Amanda is great with scheduling, Crystal is a fabulous PT who completes outstanding assessments to get you going in the right direction! Nothing but much praise and assistance I have received with this fine folks. much thanks Summit PT you GUYS are Amazing! I almost forgot Dakota's helper Jaden??? anyhow Great job and very helpful! Again Awesome team! =)

I recommended Summit to a family member who had not been able to ambulate well on their own for quite some time. I watched that family member stand and walk on their own today after a lot of hard work. This team as a whole has been fantastic! They put in so much positivity and encouragement to this patient and the results were spectacular! Thank you for the patience, encouragement and education you gave my family!

Had a great experience, walked in pain with every movement. Now have little to no pain. Moving better doing most all the things I couldn’t do when I started. Staff great ,good team players.Dakota was the best made me work hard He was my PTA most the time. I am so grateful. Would recommend this facility wholeheartedly. The proof is in my results. Thank God for them.

The staff and physical therapists create a comfortable environment for their patients. Crystal is wonderful and so helpful. Sam does a great job helping all of the therapists.

Allie was the primary PT that I had for my neck. She was absolutely amazing at what she did. Very professional in everything she did and yet at the same time very fun to be around. She takes her work very serious but made you laugh and smile the entire time. If I ever have to go back to a PT I hope it’s Summit and I hope I get Allie once again.

I had a knee replacement in November and I went to Summitt for my rehab. They were the nicest group I have ever worked with. I mainly saw Crystal and she was amazing. Always understanding and purshing for perfection. Definetly # 1 in my books.

I’ve been to many physical therapy clinics in my lifetime and I would rate Summit as one of the best. Crystal is a rock star. I fractured my ankle and had surgery. She made a workout routine for me that made me a lot stronger. I really didn’t think I needed PT. My sister talked me into going, as well as, a recommendation from my doctor. I am so grateful that I went. I was on a 6 week, 3 days a week program. I can’t say enough good about Crystal. She really knows her stuff. The thing that stands out most with me is that she really cares about her patients. She is kind, professional, patient and passionate. Tomorrow is my last day and I’m really going to miss it! They play great music too!

Hope is the best! She is super sweet, kind, patient and professional! I’m enjoying my pelvic floor PT sessions with Hope and feel better after each session. I will highly recommend Summit Therapy to any and everyone who needs PT❤️ I have enjoyed working with everyone there so far and I have had therapy with all the therapist who work there 🫶🏽
